Growing up in the Peace Region and participating in a wide variety of sports throughout school inspired Thea to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Sport Performance, which she plans to complete in Winter 2027. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and is passionate about helping individuals in the Peace Region achieve their fitness and performance goals.
In her spare time, Thea plays hockey in Sherwood Park and enjoys staying active through gym training, spending time outdoors, and participating in all kinds of sports.
