AjouterI graduated from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy In April of 2026 completing a 4 year program in Classical Osteopathy with over 1,000 hours of supervised hands-on clinical training and 4200 hours of hands-on in person training.
Over many years my body stopped responding to restorative practices the way it once had, and years at a desk left me with chronic pain that limited what I could do. After spending significant time and money seeking relief, I discovered body rolling, which sparked my interest in self-maintenance and deepened my curiosity about anatomy and movement. Still wanting a more comprehensive understanding of the body and the root causes of dysfunction, I discovered the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and began treatment as a patient—an experience that transformed my health, resolving long-standing headaches and a persistent hand injury. Despite coming from an accounting background with no formal health sciences education, I completed the preparatory studies and committed to the full four-year program. I graduated in April 2026 in classical osteopathy. I now look forward to helping others stay active, sleep better with less pain.

The initial intake is arranged and designed to establish a foundation for care; that is tailored to your body's unique needs, and will ensure that there is movements toward improved balance and health. This includes: - A thorough discussion of your health history, current concerns, and anything else that may impact your care. - Osteopathic assessment of the body, and an Initial Osteopathic treatment.
