Thomas is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour massage therapy program. Managing and preventing injuries is something Thomas has always been passionate about due to his athletic background in soccer, weight training, snowboarding and other outdoor activities. Among many of his experiences include working with the BC Lions, UBC varsity athletes, Gran Fondo athletes, injuries from motor vehicle accidents, work place injuries, George Pearson Centre and Canuck Place. Some of Thomas’ treatment modalities include medium to deep massage, contractile myofascial release, trigger point release, instrument assisted soft tissue release and joint mobilization. Whether your a weekend warrior, high level athlete or recovering from a motor vehicle accident, Thomas has the experience to help you to a speedy recovery.
