Thomasina has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011.
She has completed thousands of hours in advanced massage training (for example, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Thai yoga massage, Lomi Lomi, and more); she previously owned a platinum-award-winning massage clinic near Kingston; and she has taught clinical massage techniques at workshops and conferences across North America.
Her range of treatment types includes injury rehabilitation, sports massage, chronic pain management, deep tissue, and relaxation. She most often custom-creates a treatment using a blend of several modalities to suit her client's needs on that day. Some of the advanced massage modalities she incorporates into her treatments include: cupping, cranial sacral therapy, myoskeletal alignment therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release and osteopath techniques.
Thomasina takes a holistic approach and looks at how the whole body is connected and how the body and mind are connected. Her mind-body background comes from 15 years of experience as a yoga instructor, a master’s degree in the psychology and neuroscience of mental health, and one year of studies in Gestalt clinical psychotherapy.
Thomasina also has a graduate certificate in pain management, and she is halfway through a college diploma in osteopathic manual practice.

+ HST. Therapeutic massage therapy for 90 minutes.
