Tiffani integrates Gestalt therapy and Buddhist Psychology to support clients in their exploration of "self", including how this idea and experience of themselves came to be. These approaches allow for an experiential and holistic journey toward deeper self-awareness which leads to better understanding and contact with oneself in order to engage in life and relationships with greater intention and confidence. The knowing that comes from this therapeutic experience can guide the client to identify and stop unnecessary suffering, how to be in the given pain of living and to make choices in their life that are more congruent and authentic to them, and therefore more satisfying and fulfilling.
Tiffani offers intensive, experiential and collaborative therapy that is insight and personal growth driven and is an experienced individual, couples, adolescent and family therapist. Tiffani is a trained traumatologist and yoga instructor and incorporates this knowledge and experience into her therapeutic approach.
