Tiffany graduated from McGill University with her Master of Science (Applied) in Physical Therapy and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Commerce at the University of British Columbia. Tiffany is a strong believer in using evidence-informed practice to help her patients and will consider the various aspects of each individual’s life in order to provide patient-specific care. You’ll find Tiffany performing dedicated one-on-one hands-on manual therapy, teach you exercises, and provide education regarding your body. Tiffany can speak Mandarin at a limited working proficiency and is fluent in English for both oral and written communication.
Tiffany has an interest in pelvic health and is ready to help you with your pre-natal/post-partum needs or if you’re experiencing incontinence, urgency, or pain. She’s performed a research study on pelvic health and mentorship as well as investigated health promotion in adults. She has presented research findings at multiple conferences too.
If you’re interested in learning how to better move the body, Tiffany is also offering clinical pilates on the mat at this time too.
When Tiffany isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, hiking, walking around the neighborhood, and baking. You can also find her soaking in the sun whenever she gets the chance!
