Tiffany graduated from the University of Melbourne in Australia with her Doctor of Physiotherapy. She has completed Dry Needling (IMS) Level 1 and Acupuncture Level 1 from Acupuncture Canada, Pelvic Health Level 1 from Pelvic Health Solutions, Matwork Level 1 from The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, and Kinesiology Taping Level 1 from Rocktape.
Tiffany loves working with everyone, helping to create a safe space for all bodies, and genders, whether they are already active, or need help becoming more active. She wants everyone to move better, and to continue doing what they love.
She has been a coach, and a sports trainer for many teams, including ultimate frisbee, netball, and Australian rules football. She has a lot of experience with sports injuries, and since working here, she has continued to expand her knowledge and experience in everyday postural injuries, chronic diseases, disc injuries, osteoarthritis pain, plantar fasciitis, pre and post surgery rehabilitation, and post car accident rehabilitation.
She has a special interest in pelvic health, and now offers women's pelvic health services. Conditions treated include pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, prenatal and postnatal pelvic floor education + strengthening, and diastasis recti. Her treatments focus on education, exercise, hands on therapy, and internal exams if necessary.
She loves a good carrot cake, and ultimate frisbee. She has competed in ultimate frisbee nationally and internationally with teams in Vancouver and Australia. More recently, she has been exploring the outdoors, hiking and camping more and more. When she has collected all the gear she needs, her goal is to go backpacking.

This 30-minute follow is to continue to progress through your customized treatment plan with your therapist and work toward your goals
In this 60-minute session, your therapist will use a systematic approach to evaluate various aspects of your running mechanics and performance. This will include an assessment using PLANTIGA - a smart insole system to gather analytics of your performance.
