This first visit includes a detailed assessment of your condition and hands-on physiotherapy treatment focused on one main area of concern. Your physiotherapist will also create a personalized treatment plan to support your recovery and goals.

These follow-up visits focus on continued treatment of one previously assessed area. Sessions build on your treatment plan to reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term recovery.
