Tiffany was born in Kamloops and raised in North Vancouver. She moved back to the Okanagan in 2016 and enjoys skiing and spending time with her daughter and her two dogs.
Tiffany uses a variety of techniques to help her clients seek pain relief. Tiffany has recently trained in th Dr. Vodder school of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. As well she is trained in the Graston Technique and Soft Tissue Release. She also employs deep tissue, Swedish and myofascial techniques in her treatment style. Her goal is to get her clients back to pain free activity, whether that is simply walking, working out or just getting to work.
