In my work with children ages 4+, I draw from Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), an approach that recognizes play as a child’s natural language and a meaningful way for them to express thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through play, children are supported in developing emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and collaborative, integrating evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Integrative Attachment Family Therapy (IAFT), and Play Therapy (Canadian Association for Play Therapy certification in progress).
