Hi! I'm Tif Henderson, a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to promoting overall well-being through massage therapy. I graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary where I completed the 2200-hour Advanced Massage Therapy program. I am also a member of good standing with CMMOTA.
With a deep understanding of the human body, I specialize in General Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pre and post natal, TMJ and facial massage. Whether you need relief from tension, stress reduction, or pain management, I tailor each session to your needs. We can work together to find a treatment plan that will work best for you and meet your goals.
Beyond massage therapy, I’m also a musician and artist. I love exploring creative hobbies, and spending time outdoors with my husband and dog. We love to hike, bike, ski and spend as much time outdoors as the weather permits.

We have a specially designed cushion that allows the client to lie comfortably on her front throughout her pregnancy. If the client does not find the cushion comfortable, we can also do the treatment with the client lying on her side.

Mindful Massage 60 min This massage will start with 10-15 minutes of guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle grounding techniques. The rest of the massage will be suited to your specific needs and you will be encouraged to focus on your mind, body, and breath connection.
