SaveHi, my name is Todd. I am a Registered Canadian Certified Counselor with over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field with children, youth, adults, and families. I believe that everyone has the potential to make progress and achieve the changes they desire.
I have experience with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, burnout, suicide, self harm, parenting/co-parenting stress, parent-child issues, divorce/separation, academic/behavioral issues, boys/mens issues, family conflict and more.

I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Super Hero Therapy, Rock Climbing Therapy and other types of therapy to facilitate growth and success.
I take a practical approach to tailor the counselling for your personal needs. I am passionate about supporting clients to set goals and take actionable steps to achieve them.
When I am not working as a Counsellor, I love rock climbing and outdoor sports as well as leather working, making archery bows and video gaming. I come from rural Alberta and I also connect with teens, young adults and parents from small towns, rural Alberta and working in the trades.
