In 2017 I completed my massage therapy training at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and in 2018 I received my certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a TCM-D (4-yr degree). I created Calgary Hypnotherapy and Massage so that I can help people who experience pain, stress, and burnout like symptoms like I once had.

When I turned 50, I started thinking about additional ways in which I can help my clients. I followed my interest in healing through working with the subconscious mind and became certified in hypnotherapy. In addition to helping my clients with their physical pain, I can now help them find relief from symptoms of depression, anger, anxiety, and addictive behaviours.

I offer full-body relaxation massage services for all ages. And I am mobile! Anyone looking for relief from issues such as muscle pain, soreness, and/or insomnia are welcome to book an appointment with me. My massage practice focuses on relaxation, working every single muscle from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head!

I was born and raised in this city and will always call it home! In my time off I enjoy working out, running, walking dogs, dog sitting, learning Spanish, reading and travelling.
