Tomas completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Capilano University, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. He also holds a Strength and Conditioning certification through the NSCA and has worked as a strength coach for the past three years.
Tomas enjoys working with people from all walks of life: from high-performance athletes, runners seeking gait assessments, tennis players recovering from shoulder injuries, to anyone on their journey toward recovery and improved function. Tomas values working collaboratively with his clients, combining hands-on techniques, biomechanics, and exercise while recognizing the uniqueness of each individual’s story and how it shapes their path to better movement and health.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Tomas has called North Vancouver home for the past eight years. Outside the clinic, he is passionate about endurance sports and has recently been exploring triathlon, where he qualified for the Half Ironman Age Group World Championships. You’ll often find him swimming at the local pool, cycling the North Shore roads (or on Zwift), hiking or skiing in the mountains, and spending time with his dog, Archie.
