Tomas is a massage therapist with over 18 years of experience using a wide range of manual techniques. He graduated in 1999 with a Master’s degree in Physical Education from Poznan University in Poland, qualifying as a physiotherapist. In 2015, he continued his education at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek.
Tomas has practiced internationally in a variety of professional settings, including owning and operating his own Massage and Physiotherapy Clinic in Korfantów, Poland. He was also fortunate to work with the Polish soccer team, The Black Korfantów.
Most recently, Tomas practiced for over 10 years as a Registered Massage Therapist in Mississauga at a Rehab Orthopaedic and Sport Injury Clinic. He is now transitioning his practice after relocating with his family to Waterloo County.
Tomas’s expertise in pain management is evident in his personalized approach to every treatment. Whether you are managing orthopedic or neurological conditions, recovering from a sports injury, or seeking deep relaxation, Tomas designs each treatment around your unique needs to support your recovery and overall well-being. His areas of specialization include Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Dynamic Angular Petrissage.
Tomas’s diverse experience allows him to create customized treatment plans designed to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Looking ahead, he is committed to continuing his professional development and plans to expand his skill set with advanced training in craniosacral therapy, acupressure, and acupuncture.
