Tony is a physiotherapist. He graduated from the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) program at Queen’s University. He has a diverse experience working in different settings including hospital, sports medicine and private clinics.
He takes an active approach in physiotherapy and rehabilitation with the goal to return clients to the activities they love. Tony incorporates aspects of strength and conditioning to redevelop physical capacity post-injury and enhance performance.
Outside of work, Tony is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is an instructor at Guardhouse Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and remains an active competitor. Outside of martial arts, he regularly engages in strength training and is now dabbling into running.

Regular physiotherapy visit
A gentle and informative rehab class to help momma’s recover after baby. Open to any momma - regardless of how old your baby is. Together, we will build the necessary strength, endurance and community you will need to move better and feel stronger. Join us starting Monday Jan. 15 from 1-2pm to learn essential exercises for recovery post-pregnancy and how to care for your body so you can do what you love!
