Through experiences in my own life, I have learned how much massage therapy can enhance a person's overall well-being and vitality. Previously a real estate agent, I worked closely with people during one of the most stressful times in their lives (moving, life changes & financial stressors). I thrived on making the transition seamless and as pain free as possible for my clients. In such a fast-paced industry, I learned the value of self-care and how crucial therapeutic intervention is in maintaining and improving the quality of day-to-day life. I also learned I love helping people, however the method of doing so, has changed to focus on assisting people on the path to better health & well-being.
I am focussed on walking alongside individuals and working with them to achieve their individual goals; whether that is relaxation/stress reduction, rehabilitation after an injury, providing pain relief for those who suffer chronic pain conditions or anything else I have not covered that effective Massage Therapy helps with.
I utilize many treatment modalities and customize treatment to suit my patients' individual needs. Some of the modalities & treatments offered are; Swedish massage, Trigger Point therapy, joint mobilization, sports massage, relaxation, muscle energy, lymphatic drainage, Myofascial & Advanced massage techniques, pre & post natal massage, maintenance of chronic & acute conditions & pain management and hydrotherapy. All treatments incorporate some pre & post treatment assessment (to ensure what we are doing is moving you in the right direction) as well as home care recommendations.

Initial Appointments include 15 Minutes of Case review (going over complete health history, discussing goals, assessments, treatment plan and all consents) PRIOR to the 60 minute Hands-on Treatment time. This ensures the most effective treatment.
This booking type can only be booked in, if this is your 2nd or subsequent appointment. All 60 minute appointments incorporate a few minutes of catching up on health status, time for the patient to get changed/on and off the table within the 60 minute window.
