Tracy holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Tracy has been in practice for over 16 years and provides individual, couples, and family counselling to people of all ages, from the very young to the very experienced. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, self-harm and suicide ideation, substance use, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, chronic pain, life transitional concerns, disabilities, and pre and postnatal issues. Tracy utilizes a variety of therapy modalities and firmly believes in every individual's capacity for healing and growth when met with empathy and when given the right tools to succeed.
