Rooted in the community of South Frontenac, I have dedicated my career to serving others through more than 26 years of experience in the municipal government sector.
My educational background includes diplomas in Social Work and Esthetics, both of which have strengthened my commitment to supporting individual well‑being and fostering meaningful human connection.
My yoga journey began over 12 years ago and has since evolved into a central part of my personal and professional life. In 2024, I completed the 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Janati Yoga School in Kingston, further deepening my understanding of the practice and its transformative potential. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of teaching yoga and sharing its many benefits with students of all levels.
I offer a range of class styles, including Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. My teaching approach is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and accessibility. I emphasize breath awareness, intentional movement, and creating an inclusive environment where individuals feel supported and empowered to explore their practice.
I believe that yoga extends far beyond physical postures. It is a holistic journey of self‑discovery, self‑care, and inner balance—one that nurtures both mental and emotional well‑being. As an advocate for kindness, presence, and mindful living, my goal is to guide students toward practices that honour their bodies, cultivate inner peace, and encourage a deeper connection to the present moment.
