AjouterTracy Silberer is a mother of three and practicing Registered Social Worker working through a Biopsychosocial- spiritual lens. She is passionate and playful in the kitchen; a life long student of nutrition has completed her Holistic Nutrition Certificate from Pacific Rim College. A former long-distance runner with over 20 years of yoga practice and study enriches her teaching. She is a dedicated student and teacher of Iyengar yoga; she became an Internationally Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2014. She creates a safe space to experience support, challenge and to explore. Her instruction is clear and concise offered with warmth and humour; guiding students in a Yoga practice of joy and well being.
