Trina is an Australian-trained physiotherapist who specializes in posture, alignment and movement. Treatment focuses on addressing root causes and teaching clients correct ways to stand, sit, walk, exercise and move in pain-free ways. Clients are also taught hands-on techniques that they or a helper can perform. Correct posture and movement become a new way of life that is carried over into all daily activities. Trina aims for A B C - Alignment, Balance and Centering. Her fascination for posture and movement come from her interests in dance, gymnastics, figure skating and outdoor activities.
