The next phase of my journey began two years later, when I returned to Canada and applied to the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT), where I spent three years. During my studies at WCCMT I still had a strong desire to practice energy work, and was drawn to the Upledger Institute. I have completed the Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Level I & II, Somato Emotional Release (SER) CST Level III & IV, and Advanced Level I. SER takes CST to the next level looking how emotion can be trapped into tissue during a trauma to the physical being.

In January 2008, three and a half years after my graduation, I returned to WCCMT to become an clinical outreach instructor. This has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with the students, and learning from the students as well.

My abilities and continued commitment of practice and patience, allow me to feel what emotional state my patients are in, and physically how that manifests in the body. I use a use a combination of Craniosacral Therapy and Massage Therapy, along with my own energetic ability to get a sense of what a patient is experiencing on a mental, emotional and physical level. I feel that this encompasses collective healing on a deeper level."
