Trish is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With a strong interest in weight lifting, hiking, and outdoor activities, she brings a deep appreciation for physical wellness into her practice.
Having played sports and experienced her own journey through injury and rehabilitation, Trish understands firsthand the impact that thoughtful, individualized care can have on recovery and overall wellbeing. She believes clear, open communication is essential to effective treatment and prioritizes patient centered care to ensure each session is tailored to your specific goals.
Trish has developed a particular interest in pre and post natal massage therapy. She is passionate about supporting expectant and new mothers as they navigate the physical changes and challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Trish enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her golden retriever, Carl.
