Hi! I’m Tristan. I came to massage therapy after working in mining as a geochemist for many years. I graduated from the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy Program, but I also have a Bachelor of Science from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.
I believe massage should be an integral part of any health and wellness plan. Using a variety of massage techniques, I can help with stress and pain relief and improve musculoskeletal function. You can trust me to be a guide in your health and wellness journey.
In my spare time, I like to go hiking, practice yoga, read and dragon boat.
