Tristan is a lifetime Brighton resident, graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College in 2023.
As an RMT he has gained experience and knowledge within clinical rehabilitation treating various ailments, with a focus in sports injury, post surgical rehabilitation and muscular maintenance programs. His ability to use relaxation, various soft tissue, stretching and mobility techniques help ensure individual-focused care for all of his patients.
Away from the clinic, Tristan enjoys spending time with family and friends, or out on the golf course.

This treatment blends advanced massage therapy with osteopathic principles to address chronic pain, mobility restrictions, postural imbalances, and long-standing patterns of tension within the body.
