Tristan brings a wealth of experience working in both sport and industrial settings. His clinical focus is on assessing movement mechanics to determine the root cause of chronic pain.
Tristan has degrees in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy, as well as a diploma in Massage Therapy. He previously worked at an automotive plant, providing care to their line workers before coming to Guelph Performance.
Tristan is able to combine his experiences and skills to help individuals who struggle with work, life, and play using a combination of hands-on treatment and active rehab at home, in the gym or on the field.

Since we do not have full-time reception staff an appointment is required to make any IN PERSON changes to your membership as a current or new member! Many things can be done via email, except tours and fobs!
