Movement has always been central to Tristan’s life. As a lifelong athlete, he grew up playing hockey, soccer, and basketball, and for the past decade he has been an avid gym enthusiast. These experiences gave him a strong appreciation for the power of movement and strength as well as an understanding that now shapes his approach as a physiotherapist. Tristan is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, recover from injury, and reach their personal goals. Whether it’s returning to sport, building resilience, or improving quality of life, he tailors every treatment to your unique needs. Tristan is a strong believer in self-sustainability and, as such, he takes a very active and educational approach to physiotherapy by empowering his patients to not only achieve their goals but also make a lasting impact.
Tristan earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University in 2025, following an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. His academic foundation in human movement, combined with his athletic background, allows him to integrate evidence-based rehabilitation with practical, real-world training principles.
With a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and strength training, Tristan is committed to pushing his clients in a supportive way so they can become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. He believes in building meaningful, lasting relationships with those he works with, creating an environment where clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered.
Outside of the clinic, Tristan continues to live an active lifestyle. You’ll often find him at the gym, on the ice, or outdoors staying active with friends and family. His love for sport and fitness not only fuels his personal life but also inspires his professional practice, helping others unlock their full potential through movement.

Depending on your therapy goals, treatment can include education, manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise. Internal pelvic exams may also be used as part of your assessment and treatment plan to help treat particular conditions. If an internal pelvic exam is deemed beneficial for treatment, your therapist will discuss the purpose and procedure with you in detail and answer any questions you may have before proceeding with your consent. At your initial appointment, a comprehensive evaluation will be done on your jaw (TMJ), neck, shoulder girdle, and thoracic spine in order to determine if one or a combination of these structures are causing your symptoms. After this, your physiotherapist will create a treatment plan based on the nature of your symptoms and your specific needs. Our tele-health physiotherapy assessment is done virtually (either by phone or video conference) and can be done directly through our secure Janeapp. Your physiotherapist will do an extensive interview with you regarding your signs, symptoms, and goals. If done by video, your physiotherapist will ask you to perform movements and tests to help diagnose the problem in order to come up with a treatment plan moving forward. A treatment and plan in this case may look like educating you on how to self-treat the problem using specific techniques, postures, exercises and positions.
