At Integration Health + Education, I provide hands-on, individualized care to help you move with ease, reduce pain, and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, my approach is grounded in classical principles and a deep respect for the relationship between structure and function within the body.
My path to osteopathy began with a strong foundation in science. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry before completing yoga teacher training and working with cancer patients at a non-profit organization. These experiences inspired me to pursue a more holistic approach to health—one that honours both the scientific and self-healing aspects of the body.
I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where I was trained in Classical Osteopathic Manual Principles, and I am a proud member of OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada). My treatments are calm, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I have a special interest in supporting women’s health, but I welcome patients of all ages and walks of life into our inclusive space. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to enhance your overall mobility, I’m here to support your journey toward better health—one treatment at a time.
