AjouterTwisha is a dedicated Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physiotherapist with a strong passion for women’s health and wellness. She believes that every woman deserves to move with ease, feel confident in her body, and live a healthier, more fulfilling life. Her approach to care focuses not only on recovery, but also on building strength and resilience for the future.
After completing her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in India, Twisha pursued further studies in Therapeutic Recreation at Algonquin College, Canada, where she deepened her understanding of holistic, patient-centered care. She now brings together her knowledge of rehabilitation, movement and evidence-based practice to provide treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Twisha works with women experiencing urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, post-partum recovery challenges and those preparing for pregnancy. She wants to expand her expertise into pre- and post-natal yoga, with the goal of guiding women through every stage of pregnancy and beyond with safe, effective, and supportive care.
Passionate about education and empowerment, Twisha actively shares women’s health awareness through her social media platforms, helping women feel informed and supported even outside the clinic. When she isn’t working with patients, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and finding inspiration to bring back into her practice.
With her warm, approachable nature and commitment to ongoing learning, Twisha strives to create a supportive environment where women feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to achieve their health goals.
