Twyla graduated from the massage program at CDI College in 2010, and is an active member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta. She is fully recognized by all of the insurance companies in Alberta, and for the past 16 years she has enjoyed helping clients with stress relief, pain reduction, injury recovery, relaxation, headache therapy, and children's growth support through massage. Twyla likes to address the soft tissues thoroughly, using techniques acquired through years of experience and continuing education, such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofacial Decompression, and Holistic Reflexology.
Twyla feels that we are all in need of more self care, as well as time spent with the things that matter most. Twyla has a passion for hiking, gardening, yoga & HIIT classes, reading, and enjoying the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle with her family.

A more intense therapy session to work on fascial adhesions in the body. This session will help to increase ease of movement and circulation while reducing pain. Myofascial work when combined with lymphatic work will also assist the lymphatic flow in those areas of congestion due to fascial adhesions.
