Tyler’s journey into health and wellness began as a nationally ranked track and field athlete at the University of Windsor. As a registered massage therapist, he is certified in deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, myofascial cupping, and medical acupuncture, Tyler combines deep tissue, relaxation, and therapeutic techniques to help with pain, injury recovery, and stress relief. His personalized treatment plans focus on addressing your unique needs for optimal results.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just need to relax, Tyler may compliment your treatment with cupping, acupuncture, stretching, and/or strengthening exercises, if requested, to support your healing and overall well-being
