The TPI screen is a physical assessment of 15 movement patterns that are crucial for an efficient golf swing. Understanding these patterns can help identify physical limitations that affect the efficiency and power of your swing and contribute to pain and injuries. If you want to play your best golf, this is a great place to start. This 1 hour session includes the TPI movement screen, physio treatment and home exercise program prescription. Please note: negative swing characteristics are determined based on the screen but this is not a swing analysis which would be best assessed by a Golf Professional/Coach.
