I am a trainer at The Fittness Academy and also Physiotherpist based at Fix Healthcare.
At TFA, I offer personalized hands-on treatment and exercise prescription services to help you achieve your health goals. As a former 800-meter runner for Team Canada I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I use the latest evidence based practices in a gym setting to foster clarity and momentum into their everyday activities. With a backgroudnd in elite sport and dynamic movment training I am confident in my abilities to coach you through pain and teach your body to move happy !
