Valentine graduated from MacEwan University in 2024 and is a member of the CMMOTA. Their passion for massage therapy is rooted in athletics and supporting active, everyday individuals. With eight years of experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Valentine developed a strong interest in sports medicine, the human body’s capabilities, and how therapeutic care can enhance performance and recovery.
Valentine’s treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs, incorporating techniques such as stretching and strengthening, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular facilitation, and silicone cupping. They enjoy working with all populations and are excited to grow their practice here in Edmonton.
