Valerie is a Registered Dietitian that follows the principles that she espouses in her every day life.
In her practice, she integrates her experience from both clinical and private settings with a deep commitment to continuous learning.
She is passionate about supporting gut health (with a special focus on Candida), urinary and vaginal wellness, mental health and eating disorders, weight management, and metabolic health. She also values the role of high-quality natural health supplements in achieving optimal well-being.
Valerie has a Bachelor of Applied Science (with Honours) from Ryerson University, following which she went on to complete her Master of Public Health in Community Nutrition with combined internship to become Registered Dietitian through the University of Toronto.
