Valérie completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. She is a licensed, fully bilingual (French and English) physiotherapist who serves her local community with professionalism and care. In addition to providing general physiotherapy care, she has a strong interest in women’s health, particularly in pelvic floor rehabilitation, prenatal preparation, and postpartum recovery. She has also completed additional training in pelvic floor rehabilitation (Level 1) and dry needling. Outside the clinic, Valérie enjoys backpacking, spending time in nature, and outdoor activities. She is particularly fond of skiing, hockey, gardening, and camping.
