I've been practicing in the healing arts since 2001. I began my journey as a Registered Massage Therapist. With further training in eastern modalities such as acupressure and Thai massage. I saw clearly that the quality of my massage was directly ties to presence.
In 2004 I travelled to Thailand to study traditional Thai massage which expanded my understanding of the body-mind connection and the role of mindfulness in healing. I practiced Thai massage for eight years, and while I no longer offer it in its traditional form its principle continues to shape the way I treat today.
Over the past 25 years I've supported clients with a wide range of concerns including motor vehicle accident recovery, pre and post-natal care, sports and overuse injuries, arthritis, and postural imbalances. Most treatments blend therapeutic and relaxation techniques, acupressure, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, Gua Sha and Thai informed approaches always tailored to your individual needs and comfort.
Since 2020 Ive also offered reiki as a gentle complementary modality to help restore balance and well-being.
Teaching yoga, breath-work (pranayama) and meditation for more than a decade has further enriched my practice especially in supporting the nervous system through breath and presence.
My daily practice of meditation and pranayama has been truly life changing and I feel grateful to share as a practical path back to clarity, ease, and embodied presence. Being does not need to be achieved -- it needs to be remembered.

The treatment is performed using Tiger Clam shells from the South Pacific delivering heat to your tired and aching muscles. The heat from the shell enables the therapist to go 10 X deeper into the muscle, without pain. The shells maintain constant heat for over an hour and therefore don't need to keep being changed during the massage.
