Vanna is a Registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr) and Reiki Master with over 17 years' experience helping clients reconnect with balance, calm, and well-being one relaxing session at a time.
Originally certified through the Holistic Practitioner Program at Centennial College in 2008 and a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2018, Vanna brings a client-centered, intuitive, and holistic approach to every treatment, blending science and tradition with a generous dose of heart.
Her practice focuses on whole-person care – body, mind, and subtle energy. She is trained in foot, hand, and ear Reflexology, with a specialization in traditional foot Reflexology. During a treatment, she works to gently coax the parasympathetic nervous system into a state of deep healing and relaxation. Her long-time clients have affectionately coined the term “relaxology” to describe the signature experience she offers.
Vanna’s interest in Reflexology and Complementary Healthcare goes back many years, but it was a personal injury that led her to shift from passion to full-time profession. Seeing the impact that a truly invested, compassionate therapist could have on someone's recovery, she felt a strong calling to share her own skills in a deeper way. Despite a successful corporate career as a COO, she made the leap into full-time practice. It wasn’t an easy choice, but it was absolutely the right path. She’s felt deeply grateful and blessed ever since to be able to support others on their healing journeys.
Vanna has been honoured to receive Reader’s Choice awards for Best Reflexology every year since 2020. She is also the founder of a national networking group for Reflexologists and a long-time active member of the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO), as well as the International Council of Reflexologists (ICR).
Outside the treatment room, Vanna enjoys a life full of good stories, great adventures, and the occasional cat-induced distraction. You’ll often find her reading, traveling, enjoying a movie, riding her motorcycle, or spending time with family, friends, and her snuggly, four-pawed sidekicks. She brings the same joy and presence to her life that she brings to her practice — with the hope that every client leaves feeling a little more grounded, a little more restored, and a whole lot more themselves."
