Venetia is a registered massage therapist that Graduated from Vancouver Career College's Registered Massage Therapy program in 2021. She is very passionate about health and wellness and finds helping people incredibly rewarding. Venetia will work with you to reach your individual goals, whether it may be to reduce pain and stress or to increase function, mobility, and strength. Venetia uses a variety of techniques, which include Swedish massage, myofascial release, neurological Roods techniques, Trigger point release, PNF, Joint mobilizations, MET, deep tissue sports massage, Hot & cold stone, IASTM, and is also a certified Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Venetia believes in gearing her treatments to her patients' needs, whether that be deep tissue therapeutic treatments or relaxation. Venetia believes in finding the root of her patients' needs, which she does by getting a clear patient history by asking questions and including assessment modalities & patient education. In Venetia’s spare time, she likes keeping active, doing hot yoga, and weight training. She also loves spending time with her family and chasing around her twin nephews.
