Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing where practitioners use gentle hand movements to channel healing energy to the recipient, aiming to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It is based on the concept of a universal life force energy, referred to as “Ki” or “Rei-ki” that flows through all living things.

Hypno-Reiki is a therapeutic blend of Hypnotherapy and Reiki energy healing designed to promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional/physical healing. It combines hypnotic, guided relaxation to access the subconscious mind with the channeling of universal life force energy to clear chakras and blockages. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression and releases negative thinking, limiting beliefs, and emotional blockages, promoting personal growth. By working with the conscious/subconscious mind and the body's energy field, it acts as a "full body and mind reset." The results are more effective together than either technique alone.
