I’m a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, relieve tension, and restore optimal physical movement. I work with people of all ages, including athletes, seniors, children, and prenatal/postnatal clients. My practice integrates a range of techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, PNF stretching, joint mobilization and trigger point therapy.
With a strong interest in biomechanics and functional movement, I aim to address muscular imbalances and movement restrictions that affect daily activity and performance.
