Vera is a graduate of Vancouver Career College. While completing her diploma, she worked with a variety of patients, including athletes, seniors, and office workers, using techniques like Swedish massage, and trigger point therapy and joint mobilization. Her client-centered approach focuses on pain relief, tension reduction, and improving mobility to support each patient’s overall well-being.
After recovering from a car accident and shoulder dysfunction, Vera discovered firsthand the benefits of massage therapy. This drivers her commitment to helping others achieve similar relief and improved their quality of life.
In her free time, she enjoys swimming, traveling, exercising, yoga and cooking.
