Verena’s approach to massage therapy is rooted in the belief that effective treatment doesn’t have to be painful to be deep. Through a combination of technical precision and a calm, supportive environment, she helps clients reconnect with their bodies and experience lasting relief.
Each session is tailored to your individual goals, beginning with a brief assessment and followed by a customized treatment that may include Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. Her work focuses on identifying and “unlocking” the body’s primary tension patterns, with a particular interest in the interconnected relationship between the hips, jaw, and neck—areas that commonly hold stress from daily life, activity, and structural changes.
Verena enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including youth, prenatal patients, and everyone in between.
A graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2005, Verena brings extensive experience to her practice. She has spent the past 14 years operating a successful home-based clinic, where she developed a reputation for intuitive care and strong, lasting client relationships.
Raised in Lake Country, Verena has deep roots in the Okanagan and is delighted to be part of The Core team. She looks forward to supporting your ongoing care

This face, neck, and chest treatment combines fascial release, relaxation techniques, intra-oral/buccal work, lymphatic drainage, and gentle stimulation techniques. Each session includes intake and assessment to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This treatment can help support facial circulation and help reduce fluid retention in the face and chest. Ideal for those experiencing headaches, “tech neck,” jaw tension, or TMJD and is suitable for those with or without injectables. Feel refreshed and relaxed with the benefits of Buccal Massage.
