I have a trauma-informed, relational approach and am trained in a number of modalities or methods for both processing trauma and for supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate a myriad of issues.

As part of my passion for a trauma-informed approach to everything I do in life, I very much focus on the brain science behind our responses and stress responses. The counselling approaches I used are evidenced based and to this end, I am always working to improve my own knowledge and skills.
