Vickie has developed an extensive toolbox of hands-on skills to help her clients achieve their goals, including functional dry needling, soft tissue release, manual therapy and kinesiotaping.
Vickie is faculty in the schools of Health Science and Sport and Recreation at Canadore College and Physical Education at Nipissing University. She practices what she preaches, keeping strong and fit with weight training, mountain biking, kayaking and hiking.
