Victoria’s practice is client-focused and evidence-based. She enjoys nurturing her clients’ natural passion for life. She firmly believes movement is medicine, and her treatments include active participation.
She has extensive experience with massage therapy, including post-operative, brain injury, and stroke rehabilitation. She holds certifications in pain science, osteopathic techniques, and strength & conditioning. She has experience providing care for a range of athletes from amateur to professional, including National Hockey League, American Hockey League, Canadian Football League, PanAm games, IronMan, BC Bike Race, and National Collegiate Athletic Association.
As a professional bodybuilder with the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation, Victoria has first-hand experience with sports injuries as a patient & clinician. In her spare time she can be found hiking with her dog River or playing volleyball.
She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2016 with honours. She was an instructor at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2022-2023. She also works as a paramedic on the Southern Gulf Islands.

Massage Therapy is beneficial for a wide range of muscle and joint concerns. Your appointment time includes a brief discussion of your health goals an assessment, charting and personalized massage treatment.
75 mins is often needed when there is more than one area of focus. It can also be a way to get highly focused on treatment areas and then add in a relaxation aspect of scalp, hands or feet.
This 90 minute appointment will include assessment of your current condition, massage treatment specific to your physical needs, and if needed some therapeutic yoga home care instruction to help you strengthen and improve function.
Grinding, and/or clenching, misalignment of the teeth, missing teeth or injury to the face or jaw can interrupt the balance of your bite. Over time it can lead to pain and joint dysfunction. This treatment helps reduce the compressive forces and muscular imbalances that contribute to pain, tooth wear and joint dysfunction.
