Vida is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) holding a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (MCP) from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology from overseas. She is a member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and has been a full member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) since 2015.
Her approach to counselling is relationship-focused, holistic, and spiritual, grounded in a humanistic philosophy of living. Vida provides clinical counselling services to individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with challenges such as depression, anxiety, work-related stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, mood disorders, anger management, ICBC clients, and more.
Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can process their experiences and move toward living authentic and meaningful lives. With presence, gentleness, curiosity, and openness, she works collaboratively to identify the areas of life that need care and attention.
