My approach is rooted in compassion, providing a safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. We’ll work together to identify patterns, understand underlying causes, and develop effective strategies for healing. I fluently speak Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi enabling my passion to provide an inclusive and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and empowered to express themselves in order to foster a deeper therapeutic connection.
