I believe that establishing an authentic relationship is of paramount importance within a counselling setting. My style is warm and collaborative, and I strive to honour my clients’ innate wisdom. Although I encourage my clients to be the architects of their treatment plan, I may provide some direction during the session. Moreover, I endeavour to create an environment wherein my clients can feel safe, accepted and understood.
