AjouterFiona graduated from Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada as a Registered Massage Therapist and is currently pursuing further studies in acupuncture. She is a member of the CMTO in good standing.
Fiona believes that effective massage therapy should focus on restoring body balance and understanding how both sides of the body interact to support optimal function. She aims to address muscular imbalances and tension through a combination of acupuncture points, trigger point release, and complementary techniques such as stretch therapy, remedial exercises, and the appropriate application of heat.

She has extensive experience in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and hot stone massage. Fiona finds IASTM particularly effective in treating conditions such as tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome, while cupping and hot stone therapy are highly beneficial for releasing muscle tension and improving circulation, especially in cases of neck and back pain.
In her spare time, Fiona practices Tai Chi and Ba Duan Jin to support her overall health and wellness. She finds that regular practice provides significant physical benefits and plays an important role in maintaining mental well-being.
